A History of Mill Road Library

In 1995 Henry, appalled by the closure of Cambridge’s Mill Road Library which he regarded as an act of “cultural sabotage”, decided to look into the reasons for its closure. In 1997 he wrote a history of the library, which is available here in PDF format.
